Quality is fundamental for mechanical engineering. We guarantee quality by employing monitored and supervised processes, CNC lathes controlled by powerful software, operated by thoroughly trained personnel, attuned to the concept of producing “Quality”.
We carry out our own measurements using the latest generation equipment, including: Mitutoyo optical measuring machine, Mitutoyo surface roughness measuring instrument, Bowers micrometers, Mitutoyo and Europe calipers, etc.
Using our state-of-the-art CAD-CAM station, we can reduce programming times and therefore margins of error. We guarantee the quality of our products through SPC statistical controls, with sizes detected by three-dimensional measuring machines.
Our final controls are aimed at ensuring the highest quality of the product, in compliance with the requirements set out by the UNI EN ISO-9001:2015 Standards, with a constantly-updated certification for mechanical processing.
This certification has been renewed for the years 2019-2022 by the re-qualification carried out by our certifying body
DNV-GL (ACCREDIA).
The quality of the raw materials is guaranteed by certificates of conformity and the use of reliable suppliers.
It is also thanks to a continued collaboration with long-established suppliers that we can guarantee high quality and reliability, and provide the required raw materials, heat treatments, precision grinding, etc.
In order to meet the changing needs of our customers, P.M.C. has implemented solid programmes for quality assurance, supplier selection, process capability monitoring, capable to ensure consistent control both during production and during final packaging.
Our materials warehouse is complemented by our packaging and assembly department for the storage of the completed products ready to be delivered as required by our customers.
